Stan Martin Consulting, LLC is dedicated to addressing health disparities by promoting equitable access to healthcare for underserved communities. We focus on identifying and eliminating the systemic barriers that contribute to health inequities, particularly for marginalized populations. Through advocacy, research, and community partnerships, we work to ensure everyone has the resources and opportunities needed to achieve optimal health.
Project Name: No Menthol Buffalo
​The purpose of this project is to prevent youth from becoming the next generation of replacement smokers, promote tobacco cessation and save lives from the scourge of flavored tobacco products, including menthols.
Project Name: East Side of Buffalo Hypertension
Implement and evaluate evidence-based strategies to prevent and manage cardiovascular disease in populations disproportionately at risk while addressing social and economic factors on the East Side of Buffalo, NY.
Project Name: 1115 Medicaid Waiver, Integrated Care
The Integrated Care Social Care Network links individuals and families with essential resources that address the social factors impacting health, such as housing, employment, food, and transportation in Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie and Niagara County.
